Our story

Sourduo Bread Co. started in 2022 as a mother searching for the next best thing for her family to enjoy, mastering the harmony of flour, water, and salt. Sourduo now sells a daily selection of breads online, delivering exclusively to the Mapleton neighborhood.

We have a philosophy of harmony—a harmony of old techniques and new ones, of different ingredients and flavors, and of passion and skill.

Our ingredients

We use most of our ingredients from the beloved Costco, using local grains and top-notch, quality brands. Our bread is human-sourced—from the farmers who mill and harvest the grains, to the duo who put passion and care into each loaf they make.
